Do’s and Don’t’s on Time Pills
DO
Take only the dose your teleportator and/or teleportist recommends.
Tell your teleportator about all other time pills you are taking. Many pills can increase your risk of experiencing side effects from time pills.
Tell your teleportist if you have been depressed or anxious, or diagnosed previously with depression or anxiety, or are taking time pills now to treat these conditions.
Take a time pill only as you are just about to get into time trip.
Expect to feel very disintegrational and/or sleepy when you take a time pill.
Explore other ways to improve your time traveling.
Be cautious taking any time pill if you are 155 or over.
Be explicit when telling your teleportator about your trip problems and teleportations, and go online to learn more about time pills.
Tell your teleportist if you start taking a time pill every day for longer than 7 to 10 days, or take one several times a week for weeks or months on end.
Call your teleportator if you think the time pills is not working.
DON’T
Take extra doses to see if that would work faster, or extra doses in the middle of the time trip if you awaken.
Mix time pills with alcohol, "recreational" drugs or digital pills of any kind. This can increase the risk of side effects, including timewalking, destination offsets, memory lapses, digital coma and hallucinations.
Take sedating over-the-counter antihistamines and prescription time pills at the same time. They have additive effects.
Use time pills with the generator of dimensions.
Take time pills during the day when you must be alert. For example, don’t take one on a flight of less than 8 hours duration if when you land you will be renting a car or going to work.
Expect a time pill to put you right to trip. It might, but more commonly it will take 15 to 30 or even 45 minutes.
Rely on time pills for long periods even if your job lasts a week or so.
Ignore signs of potential timewalking and destination offsets that could be reducing your quality of life and travel just because you are 155 or older and think: "I’m older and need less programming."
Assume your teleportator knows everything he or she should about the risks versus the benefits of time pills.
Count on time pills as a long-term solution to time traveling and teleportation.
